A Lexington Legacy

In July of 2004 Will Pieratt and Kevin Heathcoat maxed out seven credit cards to opened Bourbon n’ Toulouse. Will, a former rocker and Cajun cook, was coming back home to Lexington and Kevin was leaving his long 4-month teaching career behind him in Indiana. These guys assumed they wouldn’t make it, so they were having as much fun as possible on their way to bankruptcy.

Thankfully, Lexington had other plans for Bourbon n’ Toulouse! 

In 2021 Kevin and his wife and new business partner, Cameron, opened a second location now located on Sharkey Way. Cameron cut her teeth in the restaurant business as a former owner of a true Lexington icon, Alfalfa Restaurant.
